Our primary intervention approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Child Centred and Play Therapy and mindfulness training, depending on the preference and needs of the client.
