Yes, we provide services for Self managed NDIS clients at Jigsaw Psychology.
Payments are due on or before the day of your appointment.
Medicare claims will be processed by the administration team.
Payment can be made by:
- Credit Card/EFTPOS at clinic.
- Securely stored credit card in our system
Electronic bank transfer (internet banking) Please ask our admin team for details.
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, you should call or email the team with as much notice as possible.
- No fees are charged if cancellations are made more than 48 hours before the appointment.
- A late cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations 24-48 hours notice.
Less than 24 hours notice, or non-attendance for appointments incurs a full fee.
Depending on your level of cover, this is an option for a variety of psychology services. You will need to contact your fund to check your current details.
The most common referral is a Mental Health Treatment Plan, written by your doctor (GP). This will then entitle you to up to 10 session rebates during a calendar year.
Other GP referrals used include Enhanced Care Plan or Chronic Disease Management Plan.
Sessions can be booked without a medical referral; however, no Medicare rebates are accessible for those appointments.

Appointments can be booked Monday to Friday at our Park Orchards clinic. Sessions are generally available between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
Sessions are provided at out Park Orchards Clinic or ask about our telehealth option if preferred.
Typical session bookings are for 50 minutes.
Therapy areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger-management, emotional regulation, grief and loss, social skills, and behaviour management.
Parenting support is available, as well as family and individual support for Autism, ADHD, Learning difficulties and developmental delays.
Assessments and support can be provided for learning difficulties and school engagement, and attendance at Student Support Group meetings is available.
