Our counselling sessions are aimed at supporting adults, children and families through behavioural, emotional and social challenges and providing them with strategies and techniques to better manage these challenges. Together with our clients, the psychologists at Jigsaw aim to bring about positive change in order to increase life satisfaction.

We use a variety of psychological and counselling techniques, to suit the client’s personality and presenting concerns.
All sessions at Jigsaw Psychology are individually tailored to maximise positive outcomes for the individual. Our primary intervention approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, Child Centred and Play Therapy and mindfulness training, depending on the preference and needs of the client.
